I had 3 separate test drives of different spec' Minis; at no time did I feel pressurised. I always felt welcome. Sytner Tamworth had every Mini I wished to try, and all colours were available to view on their site.

The sales adviser, Richard was excellent however the decision to only give one physical key is a major flaw. Tamworth set up the digital key and then it was deactivated by the next day by mini. This is a major failure and highlights the risks .

A new payment system in place that has led to a poor experience. This should not sit at the customer facing staff but at the team that rolled this out. I was not alone in experiencing a poor experience on the day. It's such a shame.

Difficult to get through to the department now that it defaults to an offer of WhatsApp or voicemail.I booked online & was told appointment would be confirmed. I had to chase. Disappointed that wheel alignment is checked before charging -is elsewhere

I took my car in to get squeaking brakes fixed and had the rear pads replaced. This didn't fix it and the brakes are still squeaking. I was told I would have to get it back in for the discs to be cleaned, this should've been done at the same time.
