Welcomed and greeted well and with smile. Service diagnosed and sorted issue. Car washed and vacuumed.

Staff were friendly and efficient. We dealt with Courtney and she was very efficient. The only problem we had at any stage was the communication (IT) between Mini itself and Sytner.
