I would have stated completely satisfied, but the date of registration was changed, which made the pick up date change. Unfortunately the mini insurance expiry date was not altered so it expired a day before I expected.

The staff at the dealship were all extremely helpful and professional. James Madeley was a wonderful example of an employee any company would be proud to employ. He was very knowledgeable (and patient) throughout the process.

Impossible to talk directly to sytner. Left 3 messages no call back. Eventually given Whats App to communicate. They said it required engine oil replacement approx £200. Then further communication said needed diagnostics £150 in the end £820 charged!
