Chris Wheeler (Tamworth) went above & beyond with helping me decide on my new Mini, I purchased a JCW this time! Chris was very patient with my decision, he explained everything I needed to know and kept in touch regularly with updates on delivery.

Everyone from both sales and finance, were very friendly, polite and patient during ordering, making sure we understood all the options and were happy before committing ourselves. Similarly during handover, once the car had been delivered.

Unhappy with the mix up between a booking for the service and fitting the door seals. Also, I had to wait 2 hours plus for a simple job and have to have a full review even when it has been in the workshop 3 days before.

Mini are just fantastic, even with high prices it makes it all worth it. I drive away knowing all has been done correctly and with the right parts. The staff are amazing across the board and nothing is ever too much.

From booking the service to arriving, we were dealt with politely and efficiently. On arrival i was told how long the service would take and asked if i wanted the car washing. Was offered a car and somewhere to work whilst the service was completed.

Service completed but experience was disappointing, team tried to change the agreed price, disregarded my concerns about mechanical problems and cosmetic fails, feel like the team didn't care and car is still not right. Still awaiting call back.

Service experience was not good in this case. I didn't feel the issue with the window was properly investigated, and when I came to pick up the car the issue had not been resolved. I had to demonstrate the problem and leave the car overnight.

I feel really let down by this experience, and if it weren't for the T&Cs requiring me to use MINI for servicing, I would have taken my car elsewhere. As it stands, it feels as though customers are being overcharged rather than cared for.

My car was in for a re-call and I asked if they could check my tyres at the same time. There was a hesitation before being informed'we don't usually do that but I'll ask'. I am an elderly lady and it would have been nice to have an 'of course'!

I was satisfied with the work done. However it was really inconvenient to have to return the courtesy car before the repairs were complete. I think using cars for this purpose that are designated for staff is not good customer service.
