Unhappy with the mix up between a booking for the service and fitting the door seals. Also, I had to wait 2 hours plus for a simple job and have to have a full review even when it has been in the workshop 3 days before.

Service completed but experience was disappointing, team tried to change the agreed price, disregarded my concerns about mechanical problems and cosmetic fails, feel like the team didn't care and car is still not right. Still awaiting call back.

Service experience was not good in this case. I didn't feel the issue with the window was properly investigated, and when I came to pick up the car the issue had not been resolved. I had to demonstrate the problem and leave the car overnight.

I feel really let down by this experience, and if it weren't for the T&Cs requiring me to use MINI for servicing, I would have taken my car elsewhere. As it stands, it feels as though customers are being overcharged rather than cared for.

Chris made me feel very comfortable when we came into mini , Chris is very noligeable and professional ,especially as I had never been in the position to use mobility before, Chris made the whole experience informative and a pleasure very impressed
