Chris Wheeler (Tamworth) went above & beyond with helping me decide on my new Mini, I purchased a JCW this time! Chris was very patient with my decision, he explained everything I needed to know and kept in touch regularly with updates on delivery.

Drivetrain fault warning under warranty advised to switch off engine & restart if happens again, so not sorted, charged £180 for brake fluid change.

Team at Mini were great. Disappointed that Mini as a company were unwilling to repair or contribute to the repair of a failed heater box, a common fault due to poor design. The vehicle has only completed 35,000 miles. It should not have a fault yet

Unhappy with the mix up between a booking for the service and fitting the door seals. Also, I had to wait 2 hours plus for a simple job and have to have a full review even when it has been in the workshop 3 days before.

Service experience was not good in this case. I didn't feel the issue with the window was properly investigated, and when I came to pick up the car the issue had not been resolved. I had to demonstrate the problem and leave the car overnight.

I feel really let down by this experience, and if it weren't for the T&Cs requiring me to use MINI for servicing, I would have taken my car elsewhere. As it stands, it feels as though customers are being overcharged rather than cared for.
