The sales adviser, Richard was excellent however the decision to only give one physical key is a major flaw. Tamworth set up the digital key and then it was deactivated by the next day by mini. This is a major failure and highlights the risks .

I would have stated completely satisfied, but the date of registration was changed, which made the pick up date change. Unfortunately the mini insurance expiry date was not altered so it expired a day before I expected.

Impossible to talk directly to sytner. Left 3 messages no call back. Eventually given Whats App to communicate. They said it required engine oil replacement approx £200. Then further communication said needed diagnostics £150 in the end £820 charged!
