Chris at Mini had my car ready and waiting. Infact, it was the best experience I've ever had. My was on a turn table .. loved it!

Team at Mini were great. Disappointed that Mini as a company were unwilling to repair or contribute to the repair of a failed heater box, a common fault due to poor design. The vehicle has only completed 35,000 miles. It should not have a fault yet

Unhappy with the mix up between a booking for the service and fitting the door seals. Also, I had to wait 2 hours plus for a simple job and have to have a full review even when it has been in the workshop 3 days before.

From booking the service to arriving, we were dealt with politely and efficiently. On arrival i was told how long the service would take and asked if i wanted the car washing. Was offered a car and somewhere to work whilst the service was completed.

Service experience was not good in this case. I didn't feel the issue with the window was properly investigated, and when I came to pick up the car the issue had not been resolved. I had to demonstrate the problem and leave the car overnight.
