The sales adviser, Richard was excellent however the decision to only give one physical key is a major flaw. Tamworth set up the digital key and then it was deactivated by the next day by mini. This is a major failure and highlights the risks .

I would have stated completely satisfied, but the date of registration was changed, which made the pick up date change. Unfortunately the mini insurance expiry date was not altered so it expired a day before I expected.

I was told over the phone i needed a new tyre and the cost would be £99. When I came to pay for the bill, it came to £150. My mechanic would have told me the total cost, ot just the price of the product.
