I had 3 separate test drives of different spec' Minis; at no time did I feel pressurised. I always felt welcome. Sytner Tamworth had every Mini I wished to try, and all colours were available to view on their site.

It was easy to organise but having delivered the car at 9am it took all day for an MoT and a brake fluid check. If you have timed entries I would have expected the car back in a couple of hours.

Why point out a failure point on MOT during a complimentary health check, not advise me, then immediately do the MOT, fail it, then fix the fault. Seems like you're making work for yourself

The whole experience felt very disjointed. Calls were not returned and emails were not sent, which made communication extremely frustrating. I was eventually booked in for a replacement part, but it took the entire day to complete the work

The service wasn't as good as that given at BMW. I suspect it was because my car was called in for a free recall. My car received a free health check and I was quoted £90 to replace the rear numberplate lights. We replaced them ourselves for £1.50.

The service centre staff were polite and efficient as I have always found them to be. My only gripe is Sytners charges, I have now paid £295 to have my windscreen washer jets unblocked twice in the last 10 months. Hence 4 stars only.

A new payment system in place that has led to a poor experience. This should not sit at the customer facing staff but at the team that rolled this out. I was not alone in experiencing a poor experience on the day. It's such a shame.

I took my car in to get squeaking brakes fixed and had the rear pads replaced. This didn't fix it and the brakes are still squeaking. I was told I would have to get it back in for the discs to be cleaned, this should've been done at the same time.
