Service completed but experience was disappointing, team tried to change the agreed price, disregarded my concerns about mechanical problems and cosmetic fails, feel like the team didn't care and car is still not right. Still awaiting call back.

Service experience was not good in this case. I didn't feel the issue with the window was properly investigated, and when I came to pick up the car the issue had not been resolved. I had to demonstrate the problem and leave the car overnight.

I feel really let down by this experience, and if it weren't for the T&Cs requiring me to use MINI for servicing, I would have taken my car elsewhere. As it stands, it feels as though customers are being overcharged rather than cared for.

I was satisfied with the work done. However it was really inconvenient to have to return the courtesy car before the repairs were complete. I think using cars for this purpose that are designated for staff is not good customer service.

Every member of staff was helpful and welcoming. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish the team were amazing especially Chris who truly made it an enjoyable and stress free experience
