Everything explained and made clear !!! Which is important when making a major purchase. Felt able to ask even a simple question if unsure regarding the car etc .

Looked after thoroughly by the sales and finance team. Couldn't apologise enough when something beyond their control went wrong (delivery bay) and followed up a few days later to offer to demo my car again if I wanted to.

All staff including the telephonists, the receptionists at the dealership, the finance member of staff and Lucy were so helpful. The dealership was welcoming with drinks available and they were happy for us to have our dog there.

Wifi was a nightmare in the showroom, i could not connect to process documents etc. The 4G signal was really poor too. there was no 5G signal. This really had an impact and whilst staff tried their best. This element let the process down.

Much good but bad experience with finance deal - delay on collection day - limited inspection of the car & App + small mark on car & a journey log at 25mpg (no respect by dealer fueling trip?) and I was also late for a subsequent hospital appointment

They had no idea what they were doing. The car was exactly the same afterwards. I even asked to adjust the door as it was not shutting as easily as the rest. Did they adjust it? No of course not.

Difficult to reach via email or phone, causing stress and uncertainty. My car was off the road for 6 days with no update on the loan car process, reflecting poor customer service. No apologies or empathy were offered for the any of my experience.

It seems that on the day that I took my car in for its MoT at 9:30am, the MINI garage was extremely busy so that work did not commence until the afternoon which meant that the car was not ready until around 5pm.

The service agent was ok but find it pretty impersonal. Receptionist took me over to service area then you're left standing around not knowing what's happening for 10 plus minutes. Same on my last service.

During the service yiu have wiped all our personal settings from tgexsystem, incl drivers, the time, charging times, etc etc you should leave the car with the same settings, incl switch for auto lights - it could be dangerous.

After a bad experience with one of the technicians and the problem not solved the car went back in and the problem appears to have been sorted. Service manager was very helpful and so was the second technician. The first technician was extremely rude

Car service cost was expensive. The complimentary wash and vac was mediocre as I had to clean the windows again. The car was fairly clean when it came in for the service as it had been professionally valeted a few days earlier.

Marks are knocked off due to rudeness of the Service Person I dealt with over the replacement vehicle. I certainly did not expect a £45,000.00 replacement vehicle. I just wanted to be able to get to work and back while my car was in the garage.

A harness clip was broken when the battery was changed. I informed service and was told a new clip would be sent to me. 1 week later no clip. 2 phone calls to service and no return call as promised. This is not good after spending £2035.00
