Everyone from both sales and finance, were very friendly, polite and patient during ordering, making sure we understood all the options and were happy before committing ourselves. Similarly during handover, once the car had been delivered.

I was satisfied with the work done. However it was really inconvenient to have to return the courtesy car before the repairs were complete. I think using cars for this purpose that are designated for staff is not good customer service.

Cannot rate the service given by Lucy Cadman high enough. After explaining i was a carer and had limited time the service was completed much quicker than expected.

Lovely friendly staff selling a great product. The reasons I haven't given five stars is due to the number of mistakes made in paperwork and the emails from mini trying to sell me a car after I'd bought one.
