ALICE WAS CAUGHT IN TRAFFIC WHEN I WAS PICKING MY MINI UP. THE OTHER TWO LADIES WERE NOT HAS GOOD OR EFFICIENT. WHEN ALICE MANAGED TO GET BACK , SHE WAS VERY OPOLOGETIC AND AGAIN STAYED OVER. BUT I WAS NOT HAPPY WIT[H THE OTHER TWO SALES LADIES.

Work done was good. You fitted a new tyre for the mot but 2 days later I got a warning on the dashboard saying that I needed air in the tyres. When I went to inflate them I was surprised to see that it was the new one you fitted that had low pressure

The so called 90 minute service I deliberately booked on line took nearly two and a half hours, with no apology. The issue of the incorrectly fitted front brake pads and MOT failure following the health check were false and deliberately misleading.
