The sales adviser, Richard was excellent however the decision to only give one physical key is a major flaw. Tamworth set up the digital key and then it was deactivated by the next day by mini. This is a major failure and highlights the risks .

Friendly staff on reception and Lewis was excellent. He made it very easy to buy a mini to the specification I wanted. When I arrived to collect my car, he spent time explaining various features. It was a great experience.

I would have stated completely satisfied, but the date of registration was changed, which made the pick up date change. Unfortunately the mini insurance expiry date was not altered so it expired a day before I expected.

Very welcoming and offered coffee on arrival. Only came for a MOT but provided with a comprehensive vehicle check and complimentary wash and vac. Not impressed with the finish on the wheels but what would you expect for free.
