I took the car in just before Christmas 2019 with a warning light issue. The service department could not find anything wrong and re-set the software, I paid £100 excess on my warranty. They said it was +£100 to do a diagnostics -seems expensive is

Disappointed that I was told the birthday check would take 1.5 hours including a wash and I was there for 2 hrs and the car wasn't washed. Also car play hasn't worked since the update and we have issues pairing the phones.
